Cancellation Policy:
4th Annual Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament Cancellation Policy
The Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament is a "Rain or Shine" event. All proceeds benefit the 2 Out Rally Foundation.
• Player Cancellations:
• Cancellations received on or before July 7, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $35.00 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between July 8 and July 24, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 24, 2026, or for tournament "no-shows." Substitutions are permitted and encouraged up until the morning of play.
• Weather Policy: Play will proceed unless Anderson Creek Golf Club management deems the course unfit for play (e.g., lightning or course flooding).
• Rescheduling: If the course is closed on August 7, a rescheduled date will be provided. All registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
• Refunds due to Rescheduling: If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund, which will be subject to the standard cancellation fees mentioned above, or choose to convert their registration into a tax-deductible donation.
• Sponsorship Commitment & Branding:
• Sponsorships for the Alex Bradford Memorial Golf Tournament are considered non-refundable contributions. In the event that the tournament is rescheduled due to course conditions at Anderson Creek Golf Club, all sponsorship recognitions—including tee signs, banners, digital logos, and program mentions—will be moved to the new event date.
• Because branding and promotional materials are produced in advance of the original August 7th date, the tournament cannot offer refunds for sponsorships. If the sponsor is unable to attend the rescheduled date, their designated player slots may be donated back to the organization or reassigned to other guests of the sponsor's choosing.
